Foundation Stone for the Bridge near the Temple, Horangalla West in Niyagama Divisional Secretariat Division at the cost of 23.93 Mn implemented as a sub project under the Rural Bridge Project will be laid on 27.03.2019 under the patronage of Hon. Wajira Abeywardana, Minister of Internal & Home Affairs and Provincial Councils & Local Government.
