The Varthalgoda, Kodipplikande, Kelinkande Road reformed under TCAMP development project by the State Ministry of Provincial Councils and Local Government was handed over to the people on 21.08.2023 under the patronage of Hon. State Minister of Provincial Council and Local Government, Janaka Wakkubura.

Former Pradeshiya Sabha members including former Chairman of Kalawana Pradeshiya Sabha and Vice Chairman, Project Director of Provincial Roads Development Project and public officers including Chief Resident Engineers had participated for this event.
